East Coast Ambulance came into existence due to the need for the residents of Indian River County to have a dependable non-emergent ambulance service available anytime day or night. We, as a company, are here to make sure the citizens receive the most professional and timely service possible when it comes to transporting them from one facility to another.
East Coast Ambulance Services
East Coast Ambulance is the only private ambulance company located in Indian River County. If you require non-emergent transportation for any reason, East Coast Ambulance is a service that you can rely on for timely and efficient responses.
Basic Life Support
With Basic Life support services you will receive a minimum of two EMT’s or an EMT and a Paramedic. This service is for those patients that have minor injuries or illnesses and cannot sit in a wheelchair or ambulate on their own and need a stretcher to be transported. The crew has been well trained in how to deliver great patient care and services to our customers.
Advanced Life Support
We offer Advanced Life Support (ALS) services which includes any patients that are on ventilators, patients that require high flow oxygen, patients that are on IV pumps or numerous medications. All of our ALS trucks have a minimum of one Paramedic and one Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at all times that are trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and have additional training on how to handle the more complex patients we may encounter.
