Interfacility Paramedics (IFT-ALS) specialize in transporting patients requiring a higher level of care and monitoring from where they are to where they should go, as determined by their condition and care provider. IFT-ALS service transport is appropriate when directed/ordered by a Physician, the Attending Physician, or attending physician designated allied health professional.
We are pleased to offer transport services for bariatric patients. Our medical transport personnel undergo training for both the unique needs that these patients have and the specialized equipment required for optimal patient comfort and safety.
Our fleet is equipped with Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs) that allow bi-directional communication between the vehicles and the dispatch center. The MDTs also serve as automatic vehicle locators that provide dispatch with real-time vehicle location and status.
Our paramedics and EMT’s have the most technologically advanced medical equipment at their fingertips, including Lifepak 15 cardiac monitors, portable ventilators and Electronic Patient Care Reports through ESO.
